Week 4 on Whole 30 Meal Plan

The home stretch! I’d like to say things are getting better, and they are slightly. But I am really tired most of the day.

We are trying some new things, but also keeping things comfortable so we enjoy what we eat. We are tired of meat and vegetables alone, but the end is in sight.

Whole 30 Meal Plan, Week 4 Ideas

Breakfasts:

  • Fruit & Veggies Smoothie
  • Homemade turkey sausage

  • Celery with almond butter
  • Apple slices
